How ā(2)E Produces Events
Every event has its unique parameters, requirements, and challenges . . . after all, we wouldn’t be in this business if every event were alike. Our holistic approach to production means that we view each event as a complete ecosystem, always accounting for the interdependencies and connections across all aspects, people, processes, and tools, which are illustrated below. Whether it’s two events or ten . . . all of our services or only a few . . . just one person or a team of fifteen . . . ā(2)E is fully scalable in collaborating with the client and meeting the event’s demands.
Event Production Aspects
There are many ways to understand the intersection of event production aspects and their relative connections and dependencies . . . the ā(2)E approach is illustrated below:
Event Production People
People are the power that drive the cogs and gears of the event engine, creating the kinetic output every successful event must generate. Whether it’s the client, partners, speakers, suppliers, or attendees . . . all people are an essential part of the event engine. As illustrated below, this system – and its composition, structure, roles, and relationships – exists on a spectrum ranging from simple to complex, and achieves peak efficiency by including only those people that the event engine requires. The diagrams below present: (1) management of a client’s presence at a third-party exposition; and (2) management of all event production aspects on a high-touch, relationship-building conference.
Event Production Processes & Tools
ā(2)E has a wide variety of standard tools and templates to serve our processes, but are able to adjust and modify them to fulfill the needs of the event. Additionally, we regularly develop new tools and templates to creatively address unique processes. Below are just a few examples of those we most commonly use:

Role descriptions, organizational charts, Milestone charts, work-back schedules, status reports
Budget Management
YoY Analysis reports, cost-benefit analysis, master budget, reconciliations, revenue projections
Attendee Engagement Management
